Do I need to understand web design?

No. We will take care of all the design, we will consult you throughout the process so that we fully understand your requirements and preferences.

Can I specify what I want on the site?

Yes, you can specify what information you do and dont want on your website. Remember that this is a free web solution so we will not provide free advanced features like a blogs, chat forums, shopping carts etc, these facilities are available but will be provided at a cost.

Is says free, how much does it cost?

Our standard websites are free and come complete with a registered domain name.

What is included in the standard website?

The Standard website includes:

Domain name (www.yourcompanyname.co.uk)*
Logo design (Large home page logo and small logo for supporting pages)
Web design - including
Front page (home page) - this page provides a brief introduction to your company and has your logo and Menu to additional pages/sections.
About us page - Providing detailed information about your company and what you produce/services offered etc.
Contact Details - this page provides contact details for your company and allows current/future customers to contact you (can include Address, telephone number, mobile number, fax number, email address).
Customer testimonials - Allows your customers to provide feedback about your company. This is a great facility for establishing company image and providing new customers with confidence in your company.
Recommended companies - This page contains a list of companies that you have worked with and recommend. This allows your customers to make confident decisions by referring to businesses that you recommend whilst allowing you to build up your business network by accessing new custom through recommendations from fellow business associates.
Recommend us - A simple page that allows customers and business associates to recommend your company to friends, colleagues and businesses.
Sitemap - supporting sitemap (uploaded to Google) for web site search engine optimisation (SEO). Basically this means that customers can find your website very easily when they search the web.
Email - Get emails sent to yourname@yourcompanyname.co.uk
Support - We will provide alterations (within reasonable limitations) to your webpages including changes to images and details.
Promulgation - Upload to over 200 web directories including Google, Yahoo, MSN. This will enable new customers to find you when searching on the internet.

How can all this be free?

We provide all this service to you free of charge. Our only requirement is that we insert a small number of non intrusive ads on your website. Should you prefer not to have ads on your site, please contact us and we will remove them for a small charge.

Will I own the web space?

No. We own all web space and associated content within your site although you are responsible for ensuring that the content is correct and not misleading. We accept no responsibility, legally or otherwise for any errors or omissions depicted on your site. We will of course amend or change any errors/omissions at your request but you will remain legally responsible for all associated content.

Will I own the company domain name?

No. We will retain ownership of the site name unless you specifically request otherwise. Should your require us to release the domain name to you at a later date then this is possible but will incur an administration charge.
